3. User Conduct

• Do not post or use content that is violent, pornographic, hateful, or violates any laws.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity.
• Do not use automation tools, bots, or scripts to access PosterDada.
• Do not interfere with app functionality or servers.
• Do not upload copyrighted material unless you have the right to use it.

4. Subscription and Billing

PosterDada is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the mentioned charges. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content on PosterDada are protected under copyright. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission.

6. Termination

PosterDada reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate this agreement. You can terminate your account anytime by uninstalling the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

PosterDada is not liable for any loss, damages, or data issues arising from app usage. Use our services at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Ahmedabad (Rural).
